Donations can include mineral specimens, lapidary materials and equipment, gemstones, jewelry, rock-related books, mineral magazines, collecting tools—anything related to our hobby. We will give you a dated receipt when you donate any items. To save time, you can download the receipt in Word or PDF format to fill out and bring in with your specimens. On donated specimens, 100% of the proceeds benefit the club.
Consigning Specimens
We welcome consignment of quality specimens for the voice auction from both members and nonmembers. When consigned items are sold, the club receives 20% of the sale price, and the consignor gets 80%.
