One-Time Payment Form—Family Membership

Here, you can sign up for, or renew, a Boston Mineral Club Family Membership!

Just choose your payment option, make your payment, and fill out and submit the membership form below. We will enter your information into the membership database and let you know when your account is activated and you can log in.

Here are the instructions for each type of payment—please read the instructions before making your payment:

Pay by Check

If you prefer to pay by check, please fill out the membership form below and, near the bottom of the form, where it says Payment Method, select Pay by Check. Submit the form once you’ve filled everything out. Then mail your check payable to the Boston Mineral Club to Stephen Gerome, BMC Treasurer, 7 Holland St., Saugus, MA 01906.

Pay Online with a Credit/Debit Card

If you prefer to pay by credit/debit card, use the Pay Now button below. To ensure you just pay with your card (and avoid setting up a PayPal account) please note the following instructions:

When you click the button, it will open up a new window. In that window, ignore the “Email or mobile number” box and just click the “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” button toward the bottom.
In the “Check out as a guest” window that comes up, enter your email address (so they can send you a receipt) and click the “Continue to Payment” button.
Finally, in the “Pay with debit or credit card” window, enter your credit/debit card information. Below the ZIP code field, you will see “Save info & create your PayPal account” with a blue oval to the right of it that has a blue check mark in a circle. Click the oval/circle so the oval turns gray and it does not create a PayPal account. Finally, click the large blue “Pay now as guest” button.

Once you have completed your payment, click on this browser window/tab to return to this window and fill out and submit the membership form below.

Select the total number of people to include in your family membership: yourself, a spouse or partner if applicable, and any children under the age of 21. (Those 21 or older must purchase their own membership.)

If you wish to include your spouse or partner in your family membership, enter their last name here.

Number of Children for Membership *

Select the number of children 21 or younger to include in the family membership. If no children are to be included, choose 0.

List of Children Participating in Family Membership

In your list, please provide the names and birth years of any children 21 or younger to include in the membership.

If you wish your spouse/partner or child who is in your family membership to receive club emails, enter their email address here. Provide only one email address (but enter the same email twice to ensure it’s correct).

PayPal Transaction ID from Your Receipt

If you paid by credit card, debit card, or PayPal, then the payment processor (PayPal) sent you an email receipt. In that email, look for “Your Transaction ID,” copy the number (numerals and letters) they provided, and paste it here.
